Seiken Ryu Spring competition
This years spring competition is taking place in the Sir Bobby Robson Sports Centre in Ushaw Moor on the 27th March 2010.

| 16yrs+ Any grade | 16+ yrs Ladies | |
| Team kata mixed | 16+ yrs Men - 1st Kyu and under | |
| Men 16+ yrs Open |
Obtain an entry form from your instructor and book your place as soon as you
can !!
We need to get as much of the administration out of the way to speed things up
on the day.
We also need volunteers to help out on the day
- Time keepers
- Scorers
- Refreshment stall
- Equipment stall
