'B' Combinations

 
1. One leg lunge punch land forward and thrust.
2. Step reverse punch and thrust.
3. Change stance on the spot leading hand punch and thrust.
4. Rear leg snap kick as leg recoils one leg lunge punch land forward with a thrust.
5. Reverse punch and thrust at the same time as stepping forward then front snap kick land forward into a reverse punch and thrust.
6. Slide back front hand open handed outside face high block reverse punch and thrust.
7. Slide back into extended fighting stance low open handed down block, slide rear leg up to normal position as you deliver a back fist, reverse punch and thrust.
8. Slide back deliver body height thrust, one leg lunge punch landing forward reverse punch and thrust.
9. Step 45 degrees to the side, then front leg sweep, reverse punch and thrust.
10. Step back double hand high and low blocks then grab lift and sweep as opponent falls finish with reverse punch.
