It is at this grading where you take your black belt 1st Dan
You will be expected to execute any technique within
the entire syllabus in left or right
stance
You will also be required to show an understanding
of the syllabus
Kata
Will consist of bassaidai, saifa, and any
of the previous pinan kata plus one other
senior kata
Sparring
There are no fail sections allowed in the black
belt grading
The candidate must demonstrate all the qualities
of a black belt; both mental and physical
No allowances are made for age except regarding
peer groups
